Please note:

Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital (formerly Fox Valley Animal Referral Center) no longer utilizes Forrest Run Pet Cremation Services, opting instead to use a national pet cremation service based out of Canada.

If you would like to have your pet’s cremation take place locally at Forrest Run you must make that request known to the staff of Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital.

Please call us to let us know and we will make arrangements to transport your pet that day or if after hours immediately the next day. you may also make arrangements with our office to bring your pet directly to us.

We work with all Veterinary Clinics. If you don’t see your veterinarian listed, you still can request our services. Just let them know you would like to use Forrest Run to handle the cremation or burial of your pet. We can either transport your pet from your veterinarian or you can bring them directly to us.
